From initial conception to final evaluation, we can offer all aspects of project management including team/staff recruitment, licenses, finance, logistics, operations, contracts and monitoring. We have experience of managing festivals, conferences, seminars, youth projects, street events, fund-raising events, retreats, training programmes and have even managed a week-long arts project on a boat with 250 artists!
